Ran from home. Coronavirus route again, through the industrial park and around horner. Somehow got 6.5 miles. Legs are still feeling pretty beat, but that's what I get for taking two weeks off. Had 26 miles for the last 7 days, so I'll try to get up around 45 miles the next 7 day stretch, which should put me about 40 for the week starting on Monday. This is the week I need to start doing the extras too, now that running is picking up into a serious post-grad hobby

quick run through the neighborhood before dinner. Ran a potential 5k route through my neighborhood. It's pretty tortuous though. There's a lot of repeat running but 3 0.45 mile straightaways that are done 6 times in total. Those straights are the reason i like that course. I might try to do a 5k time trial in a while if i can get fit enough and if i can get good shoes for it. I have flats with me but ideally I'd get a pair of vaporflys for this.
