My hip started hurting the day after this one, like a slight hip flexor strain. Called the boys during this run. Zoom was pretty annoying, so I ended up going on mute for most of the time. Ran a potential 5k route through my neighborhood. It&#39;s pretty tortuous though. There&#39;s a lot of repeat running but 3 0.45 mile straightaways that are done 6 times in total. Those straights are the reason i like that course. I might try to do a 5k time trial in a while if i can get fit enough and if i can get good shoes for it. Coronavirus route again, through the industrial park and around horner. Somehow got 6.5 miles. Legs are still feeling pretty beat, but that&#39;s what I get for taking two weeks off. Had 26 miles for the last 7 days, so I&#39;ll try to get up around 45 miles the next 7 day stretch, which should put me about 40 for the week starting on Monday.
