Ran from home. Coronavirus route again, through the industrial park and around horner. Somehow got 6.5 miles. Legs are still feeling pretty beat, but that's what I get for taking two weeks off. Had 26 miles for the last 7 days, so I'll try to get up around 45 miles the next 7 day stretch, which should put me about 40 for the week starting on Monday. This is the week I need to start doing the extras too, now that running is picking up into a serious post-grad hobby
